When the International Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas, United States, Acer announced new 'ultrabook'.

notebook products.
Acer Aspire S5, a
notebook with 13.3-inch screen has a thickness of 15 millimeters at the point. This
Acer notebook itself has a weight 1.35 kilograms. As an illustration, the
MacBook Air 13.3-inch Apple has a thickness of 17 millimeters at the point thickness.
"We continue to develop ultrabook segment," said JT Wang, Chief Executive Officer of
Acer, as quoted from Japan Today, January 9, 2012. "In the second quarter of this year, we will present four
models ultrabook and will present another model in the future," he said.
As an illustration, said Wang, ultrabook segment will control about 35 percent of
Acer's product line until the end of 2012.
