After read from Engadget, as for the quad core processors to be used is the Exynos 4 Quad. Processor with 1.4 GHz power will be made at the 32 nanometer chip.
On official samsung website, Samsung said this chip will have a performance that is two times better than the CPU. Energy consumption was 20 percent more efficient than previous generations Exynos, made in a 45nm chip.
Samsung prepares it for use in next-generation smartphones and tablets. However, the early appearance of this chip is the latest Galaxy products as known Galaxy S 3.

"It's already in the production period. The Exynos 4 Quad processors is scheduled to be adapted in the next Galaxy smartphone, which will be officially announced in May," the Samsung official statement.
